The territories of the Orava municipalities of Zubrzyca G\u00f3rna and Lipnica Ma\u0142a meet here with Zawoja in Podhale. Today it is the highest road pass in the Western Beskids, through which the road from Orava to Zawoja leads.<\/p>\n<h2>What will you see?<\/h2>\n<p>The clearing is the entrance to the Babiog\u00f3ra National Park with a ticket office, information point and buffet. Along the road you will find an obelisk commemorating Karol Wojty\u0142a, who worked here as a student on the construction of the road in 1938. From here, the red Main Beskydy Trail leads through Sokolica and K\u0119pa to the Diablak peak (1,725 m).<\/p>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>From Slovak Orava via Trsten\u00e1 \u2013 Chy\u017cne to Jab\u0142onka, then along DW957 via Zubrzyca G\u00f3rna to the pass.<\/li>\n<li>Paid parking tends to fill up quickly on weekends.<\/li>\n<li>The climb to Diablak on the red route takes about 2.5-3 hours.
